What The 3 Musketeers Taught Me About Recruitment

The 3 Musketeers – “Tous pour un et un pour tous”

Alexandre Dumas had the right idea about camaraderie. Now “all for one and one for all” (or in French above as I’m such a smarty pants) has become an infamous maxim.

Often you will find a degree of selfishness in Recruitment, regarding ownership of client’s and candidates which results in ‘split deals’. This will ultimately lead to politics within the company, arguments and the bottom line becomes forgotten i.e. getting people jobs.

At Salt, we have 5 core values that are the backbone to our success: Professionalism, Commercialism, Dynamism, Intelligence and Holistic Behaviour. The final value is revolutionary in Recruitment and makes so much sense. We do not believe in ‘ownership’ which allows for a shared environment. Each consultant is a specialist in their field, so a client will be dealing with each specialist for that particular job. Likewise for candidates, when you’re looking for a job you would like to think that you are working with a specialist who spends each and every day mapping the market.

This is the reason why clients and candidates work with Salt exclusively as we have every corner of the Digital market covered.

I am the Data Analytics Specialist, and I look forward to hearing from you.
