Firstly, apologies, I didn’t write a blog at all last week! Anyway, on with the show.
I like to think I always arrive in on Monday morning refreshed, cheery and looking forward to the working day. Why? Seriously, why? This is what I’m asked by a select few of my friends. So what makes my job enjoyable?
I’ve come to realise it’s a couple of things; success and environment. On the top floor of the Salt office, somewhere toward the back and not too far away from the pool table, is a pod of 4 blokes who are just the best people ever in the world ever (I’m one of them). But on a serious note, it is these 3 guys that make my environment enjoyable.
But it is also these guys who contribute to my SUCCESS. We specialise in very similar markets, so think of us as 4 circles all crossing over. This means that we can feed each other new vacancies and candidates. In fact, some of us have even made placements by being given a vacancy and the candidate! In this dream team we have:

But I don’t know why you put a very large picture in every post (well, mostly) and a dark background color. For me, it just makes your blog is less attractive.
